Ravenous Roadkill. What are we about?
Imagine the stories you wanted to read as a kid. What would they have been about? Sharks? Vampires? Ghosts? Mythological beasts and historical figures?
Well, we have sharks. Big ones! Megalodons in fact!
Vampires? Our vampires are so bad they work for the Third Reich!
You want historical figures? We have Leonidas and Caesar as vampires, and Troy, as a city full of werewolves.
And that’s where we’re at. We’d never sell our vampires to a publisher as they’re not shiny and don’t fall in love. Our sharks are too big for an agent to take on. In fact, truth be told, we’re just not right for the industry, but we know what we like and publish just that.
Books and stories written by people who aren’t rich or famous, who don’t confirm to what’s expected, who shun fads and just stick to what they have always thought of as being cool.
It would be nice to think that you haven’t grown up either …
